We arrived to the facility late in the evening due to train schedules and previous obligations. We were hungry and the front desk and kitchen staff graciously allowed us to order even though it was time for them to close. We were so grateful after 5+ hours of travel. The facility is absolutely gorgeous. You walk into the facility via a beautiful garden with blue azulejos. It's stunning when lite at night words can't do it justice. The staff of the facility was very accommodating to our late arrival, near midnight again out of our control due to transport issues. Upon arrival to our room we had a hand written note from staff welcoming us for our stay. There is a minibar in room for items which are charged to room if needed in addition to tea and water which are free. The room had a space heater and was very comfortable. The facility was very beautifully decorated. The breakfast was typical European breakfast in addition to hot made to order items. Very good. We will return when the weather is nicer and will recommend to all of our friends that visit as the customer service and the cleanliness was stellar.

The property is well located, walking distance from the beach and delicious restaurants. Great communication from the staff and friendly welcome. They reserved a parking space for us and prepared an early breakfast since we had to check out really early. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

The location is ideal, close to the center and walkable to everywhere else. The ease of check in was seamless. The room was clean and comfortable. The host is quick to respond to any questions and is very helpful. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to the train/bus station, beach and major grocery store (Auchan). Bolt is extremely affordable for travel to Lisbon and Sintra. Be sure to make reservations for Pena Palace. We loved our stay so much that we kept extending our stay from 5 days to 12. Thank you for a memorable experience. We will definitely be back!
