Lovely place to stay. Great location to get around city of Chiang Rai. Super convenient for walking street on Saturday. Great breakfast and coffee. Friendly and very helpful staff. We appreciate them so much when a staff rode a bike to guide us to the guest house.

Nice garden and accommodation. Clean and comfy . Staffs is very helpful . Fast check in and out . Breakfast is excellent and variety. Good vibe.

Amazing stay — the host and her mother treated me like family. They helped me book tours, arranged a motorbike within minutes of arrival, and made everything so easy. The place was super clean, quiet at night, and the room felt like a professionally staged designer suite. Couldn’t ask for more.

Rooms very modern and clean. Hosts where amazing too so welcoming! We also got toast and jam or chicken sandwhiches in the morning which we loved the jam & toast. There’s also their most amazing cafe at the front of the stay we 100% recommend the coffee from there too. Not an issue with the property but just to be aware it is on a highway, we didn’t find this an issue as the location was fantastic! And we used mostly cabs.

We liked staying in Baan Jaru and extended our stay two times.

I had an amazing experience at The Secret Corner Hostel! The place is spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed — it truly feels like a home away from home. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling; they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location is peaceful but still convenient, close enough to explore the city and local attractions. The beds were super comfortable. I also loved the relaxing common area and the small garden — perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Chiang Rai — whether you’re traveling solo or with friends, it’s one of the best places to stay in town!

The room was clean and bed comfortable. House is located a very short walk from the bus station and night market so it was great for arrival, departure and close access to the market for food in the evening.
