The room and the food so delicious

The friendliness of the staff impressed me the most. They would help out with everything needed and even offer to give you a ride to the city. My room which was facing the park was well isolated, you can only hear the birds in the morning, but that's a great way to start your day. The location is not central, but close to the Yuguang island beach and the green tunnel where you can do a boat ride along the mangrove forest.

The black board is good for guest to leave their good comments.. the staff is friendly.. and free parking

Friendly staff, good location, spacious room with balcony and river view. We also borrowed their bikes and we explored the city cycling around. Close to the night markets. And the river in front of the hotel has a bike path that leads to the historical Anping district. Coffee machine and drinking water machine by the lobby too.

Excellent location. Easy check in. Beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms. Has everything you need - water machine, fridge, microwave and more. Very comfortable and lots of shelves and storage to help organize your things. I slept great here and would come back again.

Great location. Spacious. Wi-Fi was great. Having the kitchen access was a bonus.

Easily one of my favorite hostels not just in Taiwan but anywhere really The location is super central and you can walk to most things you’ll want to see while in Tainan The host is incredibly kind and helpful It’s spacious and clean and has just about anything you need including laundry facilities

This is a lovely little hostel tucked away in a nice alley in Tainan. It was dreamy to stay in an old renovated Japanese style building like this. Everything was perfect for my stay- clear instructions, friendly owner, clean hostel, hot water, plenty of bathrooms and showers, comfortable bed, and a locked bed area. I’m surprised the ratings for this hostel are not higher because it really is a gem. As a bonus, the hostel has a really good coffee shop attached. Also, Jerry was really helpful helping direct me to the BEST local vegetarian food stall for breakfast.
