Great stay at Kala Khiva. The owners are very nice, the son and his wife speak a good english. Their place is beautiful, quiet and comfortable. It's about 2 minutes walking to the main square of Ichan Kala. The rooms are comfortable and amenities work perfectly. The breakfast is ok, I wish the bread was fresher.

We liked everything! The location was great, just inside the city walls; the room was clean and comfortable; the price was very reasonable; the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Spacious room, Very clean!there is drinkable water and a kettle. Coffee and tea at all time. They provided a certificate of registration. Breakfast is ok.

The place is excellent! My room was very cozy, with a comfortable bed. I loved how beautifully decorated the house is, I loved spending time there. The lady who welcomed me was very helpful and was happy to accommodate me with vegan food for breakfast. I really appreciate it. The location is simply the best, really! I totally recommend this place.

This is a cute little guesthouse in Khiva located inside the fort walls about 400 meters from the entrance of Kuhna Ark and almost the same distance from the North Gate of the Fort. The guesthouse is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Rooms are big and comfortable. A kitchen with all that you may need to fix a quick meal is available. Highly recommended.

Hotel Allanazar Ota is located right inside the Ichan-Kala fortress, with dozens of historical monuments within a short 500-meter walk. Mr. Alisher-aka is the most welcoming host, doing everything to make guests feel at home. Breakfast was excellent, and Firuza’s Khorezm dishes were absolutely delicious. Cozy rooms, warm atmosphere, and unbeatable location — highly recommended!

The breakfast was complete. The hosts are very nice and kind, especially the little Suleiman who was very professional and lovely. My room was overlooking the minarette.

The property is located inside fortification wall. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. She made a tasty breakfast that was fresh. There were so many different dishes that we couldn't fit them all on the table at the same time. It was like a big feast, we enjoyed the yummy food she prepared! The host and her family came to see us off during our checkout.

A quiet lovingly decorated guesthouse with a pretty balcony area for breakfast. Breakfast was good. The staff were exceptional. At our first breakfast the young manager came up the stairs carrying a chocolate cake with a candle for my birthday! They had obviously taken note of my DOB from my passport. What a sweet gesture! Highly recommend to fellow travellers. Thanks for making our stay special.
