The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They recommended us the outside restaurant as well. We were lucky to get the room upgraded to bigger rooms. Beds were comfortable and had a good sleep in quiet environment.

We stayed in Hoi An for two days and the stay here was fantastic. We were tired from traveling and this room was huge and comfortable. Everyone if the homestay was also great and happy to assist us with any questions. The location is about 10-15 minute walking distance away from the Historic Area. We had a great time here and would come back again if I ever find myself in Hoi An.

May's house is an amazing stay in really good location. They organized every transfer for us and helped us organize individual excursion with a car and a driver. Evey recommendation for them!

It was a good stay and you had access to cook in the kitchen so that made it really nice and they had bike rentals that were only $50,000 which is about $2.25 for the whole day and the ladies were great and very friendly

Small, well organised villa in quiet neighborhood of Hoi an, the owners are very helpful with all necesary things. Good value for money. I recommend this place who looks for a peaceful stay in Hoi an.

Very nice property and good location. Host is very nice. She took me to some nearby attractions and let me rent her scooter. Nice little shared kitchen and a great little cocker spaniel dog to cheer you up. Very convenient and friendly place.

I absolutely loved my stay at Ancient Beach Boutique & Spa! This hotel made my birthday trip unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, from the staff took such beautiful care of me and made me feel welcomed and celebrated. Didi and Luna were incredibly sweet and thoughtful. They surprised me with fresh fruit trays, handwritten notes, and even a birthday cake! Those small touches meant so much and truly made my stay special. The room was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The entire property is peaceful and beautifully maintained. The beach is just a short walk away. While the sand area can be a little polluted, the water itself is still beautiful and calming, and it’s a lovely place to relax. I also learned they offer tours at more affordable prices than what I had pre-booked online so next time, I’ll definitely check with the hotel first! And as a bonus, they provide umbrellas when it rains, which I appreciated during my visit. This hotel went above and beyond for me, and I’m so grateful for their kindness. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An, especially if you value genuine hospitality and a peaceful stay.

Had a very “historic” feel.

Amazing value for money, the owner is extremely helpful and communicative. The restaurant that is literally next door is one of the best we tried on our trip. Very close to the ferry to go to Cham island (5 minutes by foot) so is perfect if that's your next stop.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The modern design of the lobby caught my eye immediately, and the reception team made check-in quick and easy. Walking down the peaceful hallway felt very private. Inside, the room was immaculate and cozy. A fantastic experience that was completely worth the money!

The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable. An easy place to stay and close to food if walking.

Simon, the lady owner was diligent and kind. We requested her to cook noodles for dinner since it was raining hard one night. She even added dessert. She did not charge us anything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is not far from the ancient town which is just a kilometer walk.

Just a wonderful place to stay. It felt very much like home.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location is not far from the city, but far enough that traffic noise is not a problem. Everything was great!
