The location is perfect. The room is clean, comfortable and with a view. Mat was incredible helpful from the moment we arrived. Directed us to the good spots in town and how to.make the most of it from our short stay. Simon, the lady owner was diligent and kind. We requested her to cook noodles for dinner since it was raining hard one night. She even added dessert. She did not charge us anything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is not far from the ancient town which is just a kilometer walk.

We stayed in Hoi An for two days and the stay here was fantastic. We were tired from traveling and this room was huge and comfortable. Everyone if the homestay was also great and happy to assist us with any questions. The location is about 10-15 minute walking distance away from the Historic Area. We had a great time here and would come back again if I ever find myself in Hoi An.
