The place is marvelous, almost inside the rainforest reserve. Marcella and Fabio made our stay memorable, and gave us super useful information about the surroundings and how to explore Chidren's eternal rainforest reserve. I'd recommend to stay as long as possible, as this place is magical, full of peace, calm. Birdwatching (and Sloth watching!) during the breakfast time is something you'll never forget.

We could not have asked for more. Carlos, our host, was super helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing, the place was clean, quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable, near facilities and we could park our motorcycles in a sheltered parking spot. Definitely strongly recommended.

The place is beautiful and full of art everywhere. It has a little lake where you can enjoy seeing birds and diferent animals or kayaking. The attention was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The place is so peaceful and full of nature. We will definitely come back.

I loved absolutely everything about it. The only reason I rated everything 5 out of 5, was because it didn't go up to 10, or it would be 10 of 10. I've never stayed in a place quite like it. It's beautiful, clean, peaceful, serene. It was the cleanest place I've ever stayed.

I had an excellent stay! Was able to use the kayaks and fishing rods on the lake. Breakfast every morning was so good, very cool watching the birds while you eat. The restaurant just across the bay has amazing views. Close proximity to hiking and activities in La Fortuna. Also relatively easy drives to Rio Celeste, Lake Cote, and Avatar tree. Nuevo Arenal has a nice laid back feel just far enough away from all the activities and tours in La Fortuna.

This is a special place, Chef Eyal is top notch, we’ll know and loved and his staff are incredible. We stayed the night and had the Chef’s Choice Tastings dinner which was 7 course + dessert and fabulous. Room was comfortable and we were accommodated with an extra kids bed upon request for our family of 4. Breakfast was also amazing, we felt like family and will definitely be back as this is our 3rd time through Lake Arenal area and we visit every year.
