The room and the bathroom was larger than I expected. It was clean and quite functional. There is a common area that you can make your own tea or coffee and heat your meal in a microwave. The location is close to the center yet quiet. I would stay here again if I have to spend the night in Rauma.

One of the best places we stayed in Finland. Wonderful decorations with model ships and nautical bric-a-brac. The sauna was great. Very spacious and well appointed. Information from host was complete, concise and timely. Breakfast was modest, though good and fresh. We wished we could have stayed longer.

A genuine, honest rural environment, true to the Finnish countryside. Not luxurious but actually all that could be expected was offered and available. . Rooms where OK, the beauty and silence of the environment was calming. The friendliness of the hostess was honest, breakfast was top quality, meaning that a berry juice tasted berries and was home-made, the porridge had simmered for hours etc. We needed a place to stay overnight for a visit to an Art Gallery (Mänttä). The Peltola farm was just 5 min ride away, most convenient. The place allowed for taking a swim in the evening in the nearby lake, and a glass of wine we brought from a nearby supermarket was enjoyed under,the apple trees.
