I had a very warm welcome from Katy as I arrived. She and Olivier made me feel perfectly at home in their beautifully furnished Maison. The bedroom with en suite was well appointed with good quality bedding and towels. The breakfast was temptingly presented, delicious with a good and varied choice to enjoy before setting off to explore Carcassonne. The sunshine enabled me to have breakfast in their stunning and well cared for garden. Although it was a fair walk to reach the old city, they provided me with a map and comprehensive directions so I could not get lost. My stay was everything I could wish for.

Manue and Salva are exceptional hosts and even better people, they welcomed me into their home like I was family, they prepared a delicious homemade authentic French dinner and a wonderful fresh breakfast, I was cycling the Canal Du Midi in the off season so I was lucky enough to share dinner and breakfast with my wonderful hosts and there beautiful dog, I would highly recommend that you stay here for great accomodations if you are in this part of France
