The bed was very comfortable, the view was spectacular, the staff was very helpful, the (small) pool was refreshing, the nearby restaurant was delicious, and the overall appearance of the room and common area were delightful.

We stayed for one night (but I wish we’d stayed for two nights at least). Porto Kagio is a very small intimate charming little village stretched across the beach of a small cove. A wonderful getaway spot with stunning views on the approach. The owner Panayioti was kind and generous, offering to help with our bags then bringing us coffee on our patio. Our room was charming and well appointed, with a cupboard, a desk, a suitcase rack, and a little fridge. Clean with a comfortable bed. We had a patio with a sea view and we were a short stroll to the beach. Breakfast was served on the top floor patio although the owner offered to serve us on our patio. Breakfast itself was fine although myself I would have liked some fresh fruit too. We did an easy walk around to the point where there is a little church and a stunning view back to the cove. We ate fresh and perfectly cooked fish at Taverna Porto right on the beach. An enjoyable time altogether.

We absolutely loved this guesthouse. From beginning to end, the experience was amazing. We were given crucial directions to reach the venue. On arrival, Maria greeted us warmly with a glass of fresh orange juice and a homemade cake to eat in the small dining room with a stunning view of the mountains. She and Georgios went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The dinner, which you must accept, was homemade with all fresh ingredients. During dessert we were entertained by Georgios playing the guitar and bouzouki and singing! The guesthouse was beautifully restored by Georgios, a master craftsman and we particularly loved the taps in the bedroom, so original! Altogether, a spectacular way to end our tour of the Peleponnesos. We can't thank you enough, Maria and Georgios for a superb example of Greek hospitality and we learnt a lot about the region in the process!

- The house was big and confortable. - The heating of the whole house worked perfectly - The reception was amazing and very kind (They even gave us a New Year's cake and a bottle of vine to celebrate the New Year).
