I don't think you get a better location in Florence. The room was great--I highly recommend. The staff arranged for a taxi early the next day on very little notice. I hope to return & spend more time!

Excellent location, easy walking distance from all the main attractions and near restaurants, bars. Breakfast in cafe only 2 minutes walk. Very clean, towels changed on Day 2 (of a 3 night stay). Landlord (Alessandro) easily contactable when needed.

Filippo is a wonderful host, super helpful and friendly, with many recommendations. The accommodation is great: clean, cozy and on a top location on the nicest piazza of Florence. We didn’t hear any noise from outside and slept great. We definitely recommend and will come back!

Everything the location how helpful the staff were with ideas of what we could do and where to go and eat, booked taxi for our return to airport, nothing too much trouble

The room is spacious, clean and cozy hotel. Tye staff were very helpful and kind. Location is a plus, it’s about 20 minutes by food to the center of Florence. But it was a great value for money to stay a bit far from the Tourist attractions. There was a plenty of restaurants, cafe’s and shops just in a walking distance in the area.
