Amazing location just 5min walk to the gondola and shuttles, great hot breakfast, comfy bed, really great value. They also provided 5 star service ahead of arriving, offering useful information and support. No bath but 10min walk to a great onsen.

The locations was basically ski in ski out, the staff was awesome, the bar upstairs was great and the nibbles there were amazing. If your in need of transportation or have any questions make sure to ask they are very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Guest House ONLY ONE during the Christmas season and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable — perfect for resting after a full day of exploring, especially during the colder holiday weather. The atmosphere was warm, and festive, which really added to the charm of our trip. It felt like a cozy holiday retreat. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were also very helpful with clear instructions and local tips, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. The location was quiet and convenient, ideal for relaxing while still being close to nearby attractions. We especially appreciated how calm it was at night, allowing us to get a great night’s sleep. Overall, this B&B exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again — especially during the holiday season. Highly recommended!

stayed 2 weeks, great location , always felt welcome , very well maintained , very good cook. location 5 minute's walk from lifts/gondola 8 minutes from bus to other resorts, if wind is a problem can eat breakfast and still get the 1st bus (8.04am) to other resorts. Can ski from top of Niseko Annupuri to Niseko village , Grand Hirafu, etc. and back again. Great powder and DO ski the gates.

Great Host and lovely place. Highly recommended and will come back. Yama San is really nice and friendly, making superb breakfast, greet us every morning and fill us in with slope news. The place is organized quite well better than most of the lodges I stayed, 4 pairs of guests with 2 toilets and 2 showers on the same floor as the guest rooms. The toilets/showers are always available. The public space is filled with lovely couches and views to the snow. The place is also located super close to the shuttle stop and a hot spring. Parking is available right at the place.

Pensione UNO enjoys a location in Niseko, 4.4 miles from Hirafu Station and 2.6 miles from Niseko Station. Featuring a terrace, the 2-star bed and breakfast has air-conditioned rooms with free Wifi.

The host was absolutely amazing! very helpful and calming ! The little ski rental place was also delightful! Also loved the free drink station , water pop coffee and tea! The breakfast in morning was wonderful as well

Everything! The lodge was super adorable and comfy and its located in the middle of Niseko which isnt far from the ski resorts (including Grand Hirafu). Location wise, it is also located a short walk away from the bus stop. Sayuri-san and her team were amazing hosts and we couldn't have asked for better! They had a courtesy shuttle that you can take in a cool van and to the train station if you ask. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the shared bathrooms and common areas were extremely well maintained. Breakfast is provided and there is also arestaurant attached to the lodge that has an amazing view of Mt.Yotei. This place is worth every penny and is a gem, so I hope you get to experience one of the coolest places in Niseko to stay in :) Thank you Sayuri-san and everyone for an unforgettable stay! We will definitely be back here if we are in Niseko!!

The completely nonsmoking Milky House is just 656 feet from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort, where there is a direct bus stop from Chitose Airport.

Excellent stay. the location was perfect close to the ski resort just a short walk away. The host was incredibly welcoming and even cooked amazing meals for us. Everything was so tasty! Friendly atmosphere and truly memorable experience.
