Our pension is conveniently located just a minute’s walk from the Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area and only 3 minutes from the NISEKO UNITED Shuttle Bus stop. This perfect location makes it easy to enjoy your ski adventure. Start your day with a freshly prepared breakfast, including omelets and French toast that we start cooking once you’re seated, ensuring you enjoy them at their freshest. Afterward, take a quick 3-minute walk to the Niseko Annupuri Gondola. Be sure to try our homemade jams, lovingly crafted by my 91-year-old mother and me. In the evening, you can relax with our homemade fruit liqueur, made from locally sourced fruits and aged for over 7 years.

I’m Naoko Mizukami, and for over 40 years, my family and I have been warmly welcoming guests to our cozy pension. Although I’m not fluent in English, I believe that true hospitality goes beyond words. We’re always happy to share local recommendations to ensure you have a wonderful time in Niseko.

While some guests initially worry about staying away from bustling Hirafu, they quickly discover our Annupuri location is a hidden gem. Enjoy peaceful evenings after skiing, perfect for those seeking a tranquil retreat. At Pension Cotton Farm, we offer easy access to world-class skiing without the crowds of larger resorts, so you can be one of the first to hit the slopes each morning. Plus, with the NISEKO UNITED Shuttle Bus, you can explore multiple ski areas during your stay. Nearby, the Niseko Distillery offers a charming experience with tours, where you can enjoy locally crafted whiskey, gin, cocktails, and traditional Japanese crafts, making it a delightful stop during your visit.
