Very nice and peaceful stay in the mountains. Everything was clean, the owner showed us around, we felt very welcome. Our dog also loved the place. Sauna was very good. Also the rooms and common areas very beautifuly decorated, you can really tell how much the owners love their place. Thank you very much :)

Olivier is a wonderful host who has put so much thought and passion into this boat house eco lodge, which pays homage to his own time as a sailor. Everything is clean and easy to use, the showers are hot with great water pressure, and the kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the lodge is well heated. Finally, the view was remarkable. I have only good things to say about my stay here, and hope to come back soon!

The host is exceptionally helpful, providing a wealth of local tips on your first night—covering everything from bus details to recommended activities and things to avoid. Moreover, the host is well-versed in the aurora. Throughout the five nights, they carefully chose the evening with the highest likelihood of witnessing it and guided me to the ideal vantage point. It was truly awe-inspiring! I would unquestionably plan another winter trip and stay there again! One day, a group of wild reindeers showed up, and the host even texted me to make sure I didn't miss seeing them. The fjord trip was equally fantastic too!

The atmosphere is fantastic. The host is very fun and welcoming and truly makes you feel at home. Ellen and Remco have a home situated with a breathtaking view across the fjord and the mountains. They are delightful hosts. We had the space to ourselves the evening we were there and enjoyed hours by the fireplace in the sitting area. Breakfast was a lovely variety of eggs, cold cuts, jam, juice, coffee, tea, and home-baked bread. It was truly a delightful stop for us.

The most comfortable, beautiful place, amazing host, clean, everything that you need for your stay. Beds are insanely comfortable, the room is clean and organized, the view is breathtaking, I was able to see the northern lights from the window, Ellie is lovely and very helpful, fast response time in the app, if you’re expecting to have the best stay, stay in house of Ellie! I recommend you to rent a car in the airport and stay here, less than 30 min from the airport/ tromso city, supermarket in the way.
