We loved this place! It is located on a beautiful organic farm located near a lovely nature reserve and not far from Stockholm's main airport. The couple who run the farm are incredibly friendly and nice, and the house was absolutely gorgeous and full of fascinating history! Staying here gave us a wonderful taste of Sweden country life, and at the same time we were just a few kilometers from town where we could have our pick of restaurants. A bonus for us as birdwatchers was learning how the couple who live here have worked with university professors on wildlife conservation projects -- a great service to nature!

We thought Rekasta was fantastic. The room was small but very comfortable. Everything is like new and high quality. The setting on a working house warm in the countryside (but very close to town) is beautiful and peaceful. We really liked the breakfast setup and having access to the common area for eating and relaxing. The WiFi worked great. The room darkening shade and electric fan made the room very comfortable for sleeping.

Quintessential Swedish, very nice, helpful hosts. As I had read in other reviews, the housekeeping was wanting, but it’s a wonderful space, in a rural, agricultural area.
