I didn’t expect such a nice and amazing place. They’ve done an excellent renovation, and you can clearly see their attention to detail and their desire to create something special. Mimmi was very responsive from the beginning via email and extremely friendly. The place is very easy to find, and parking is convenient as well. Inside, everything is impeccable—very cozy, with a fire stove in the dining room and beautiful decoration. Mimmi is a wonderful host and such a kind person. She makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to, yet not intrusive at all. She is very service-minded, and it was a pleasure chatting with her. The place is not very large / big as most hotel, which gives it a more personal and intimate atmosphere. I didn’t have breakfast simply because I don’t usually eat in the morning (though the coffee was excellent), but I did have dinner the day before. It was simple in the sense that there was no unnecessary fuss, yet it was absolutely delicious. The homemade chicken and fresh salad were excellent, and you certainly won’t leave the table hungry. They are doing a fantastic job there, and if I’m in the area again, I will definitely return.
