The staff was friendly and tried to help us, but at the same time, they were not really going above and beyond to try to deal with the problems. We simply just tried to leave as fast as possible after the breakfast. The bathroom was quite nice and clean and the bed comfortable. The small gift bag as a welcome was nice, but well I would never choose a Best Western in Northern America again. Here in Europe I had quite good experiences though...
