Everything about this place is perfect: new villas, cleanliness everywhere, amazing pool. Friendly and helpful staff. All necessary items for a comfortable staying and swimming are provided. If you like a relaxing vacation by the pool, this is definitely your option!

Clean, spacious 1st floor of a large house in the Takhta neighborhood of Dilijan, with beautiful views of the mountains. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. There are adorable bunnies and turkeys on the property, and a pleasant courtyard. Facilities worked very well, perhaps internet was not equally strong in every room (there were 3 bedrooms). Well-priced, and highly recommended

Cozy House was ideal for our family vacation. The spacious cottage even had bunk beds for our kids, making it very convenient for families with children. We had a safe, free parking spot for our rental car, and in the morning a generous free breakfast was delivered to our room – the kids absolutely loved the fresh fruit and pastries. The property includes a children’s playground and indoor play area, and the hosts went out of their way to entertain our family. With these family-friendly amenities and a warm, homey feel, this guest house turned our Dilijan trip into a memorable adventure.

Wow! Just an amazing place. Cozy rooms, amazing garden, great brakfast. A bit on an expensive side, but worth it.

I liked every single thing about this place starting from intitial conversation with the super nice host Natasha, ending with authenthic details in every corner of the house. Our accomodation was very spacious (we've booked for 3 ppl) consisting from 2 rooms and a large bathroom. Beds were comfortable, room itself has everything one may need during a stay. Guset house has a garden where you can enjoy sounds of Dilijan nature and sunny common places where you can enjoy your drinks, read or talk. Plus to wonderful breakfast (included in price) we were even served delicious armenian coffee with cake.

This was an amazing guest house. The hospitality was exceptional and the hosts always checked that we were well cared for. They are incredibly generous and we wished we could've stayed longer. Honestly we could not recommend this place enough. We will definitely come again next time we are in Dilijan.

This must be nicest guesthouse I’ve stayed in during my trip in Armenia. It has very comfortable beds, good heating and the kitchen is well equipped. The room is also nicely decorated with many paintings and other small things. The best however is the host Elena. She is such a lovely, kind lady with her warm smile. She doesn’t speak english but still managed to make me feel welcome. If ever I get the chance I’ll certainly come back again

We liked everything! Hosts are very kind and good people, everything was clean, food was delicious, breakfast was served with authentic local dishes and herbs besides all the standard options. Place feels like home! Cozy, authentic and really comfortable home.

Good location to downtown area. The breakfast for 3500 Armenian drams was worth it, with an assortment of breads, homemade jams, waffles, eggs, cucumber and tomato slices. It was different every day too. Delicious and plenty.

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the host (even despite my relatively late arrival), the easy access to things like kettle, and they even gave me slippers! The bed was very comfortable and I slept well

The location is the best, it's the nearest hotel to the center I guess, the room was clean, comfortable for 3 people. Hostels are so kind and friendly. I liked the place so much that we have'nt choosed another hotel for second day (second days stay was not planned)
