The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom was separate from the TV/living room, which made it feel more spacious and comfortable. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, and I especially loved the furniture—it was stylish and cozy. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, making it a perfect place to unwind. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, you can walk around the city easily. Also there are several bars, restaurants and cafés close by. The room was very big and clean with a nice view overlooking the city.

Located in walking distance from the metro station, food shops in vicinity. The owner is friendly and ready to help. Room is clean and comfortable. There is refrigirator and a kettle in the room (but no cups or glasses - so ask the owner if you need any).

Entering the apartment you'll want to kick back and relax on the comfy sofa and enjoy the panoramic and postcard worthy view of downtown Yerevan. The locations a big plus because you're next door to republic square with an abundance of cafes, banks and high-end boutiques. With the added bonus of a manned reception and spacious lobby, it's a surefire way to guarantee peace of mind and security.

Host was very communicative and paitent with little Armenian. I didn't realize I needed to pay with cash, and he gave me a full day to take out cash to pay. He helped me with my bags up the stairs when I arrived and offered to help when we left as well! We couldn't meet when we checked out, but wasn't upset when we left the keys on the table.

Anna, our welcoming host, ensured a pleasant stay. The property's central location provided easy access to everything needed, and the room, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities, was truly fantastic.

Our stay at Hill Guesthouse was excellent. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate our early check-in after a long overnight journey from Tbilisi. The studio was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and felt just like home. The highlight was the breathtaking panoramic view of the city and surrounding mountains, which made our stay even more memorable.

Great accommodation with an excellent value for money. The place is very clean and well organized, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free coffee and small amenities available for guests, which is a really nice touch. The lady managing the place is super kind, always available and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Its clean, very comfortable, good value and the location is great, its walking distance from Vernissage, a park and lots of shops and restaurants. Great with family, staff was fantastic, i highly recommend!

The room on the photo isn’t real. It’s not a hotel more of small house with law roof in the middle of nowhere. The owners are nice. But my expectations were different it’s a hotel where I can pay card and it’s easy to find ..

Brand new, well designed, great location, amazing rooftop bar upstairs with stunning views

The apartment is right in the very centre of the city and is very spacious. The owner of the apartment is very kind and gave us an early check-in also. It was self a check-in but it was super easy to find the apartment by the instructions sent by the owner. Kitchen is equipped with everything and the apartment feels very much like a home. The building has 24/7 security present. Overall had a very nice stay in the apartment ❣️
