5-8 minutes walking distance to Sanahin Monastery.Very pleasant time spent in this lovely yard with honest owner. Hope we could have more time to live there.

Probably the best place to stay in Odzun with an exceptional owner. Not only did he help us with transfers to and from our hiking spots, but also with great dinner and all additional room stuff and arrangements we needed (like a public taxi to Vanadzor coming directly to our place). Totally recommend.

Lovely little place ideally located in Odzun, situated about two minutes from Odzun Church, and three minutes from the trailhead of the Odzun—Horomayr—Kobayr hike. The highlight is, of course, the wonderful warm reception that awaits you here :) The host is truly friendly and welcoming, a joy to talk to. We felt at home for our entire stay.

Nice staff! THere are facilities available in shared room/kitchen. Very basic furniture in the room. Nice terrasse in front of garden. And, of course, very delicious breakfast. Recommend!

Our family vacation at this house was wonderful. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and pleasant people, and their warm welcome immediately created a delightful atmosphere for our stay. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how exceptionally clean the house was. Every corner was spotless, and the air was incredibly fresh and clean. This house is located in a peaceful, quiet area, surrounded by clean, fresh air that is truly relaxing. It’s simply the ideal place for a family vacation. Everything has been thoughtfully arranged so that both adults and children can relax comfortably. And most importantly, parking for more than four cars is absolutely no problem, which is an added convenience for large families and groups of friends.

The owner, Irina was really kind and nice person. The dinner was very tasty and the atmosphere made us feel we are at the relative’s home in Armenia. We enjoyed good conversation and she even made us a “special tour” of the city on her way to the groceries(We stayed there in the off-season. I think that she was just being kind, so please do not expect it always happen). Thank Irina and Marine.

The staff / owner was exceptionally helpful, the view from the hotel was stunning, good breakfast, and comfortable accommodations. We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time.

The host was really helpful, and they made excellent local food in the accommodation. The location is just next to the monastery. Vrezh also helped me organize my trip to Tbilisi. Thanks for hosting.
