The multi-bedroom chalets are phenomenal. This is on top of the incredible amenities available at the property. But most of all, our host Michelle transformed a great experience into a once in a lifetime getaway weekend with friends. After departing the property, our conversations revolved almost entirely around the commitment of our personal host who took care of us from the moment we arrived.

Good friendly family-owned hotel. Big rooms with a well-staffed kitchen staff. Liked staying there. Driving here in the car is better, but the ski bus is only 12 minutes of walking.

Great staff, perfect location and nice breakfast. We really enjoyed our ski trip here and would pick this hotel again. Shuttle bus is across the road in front of the hotel and the hotel is located in the center of Ellmau.

Great host and family. This is a very historic hotel whose owner's father helped Ellmau become the skiing destination that it is today. The rooms were designed to host large families and had the 1st elevator among all hotels in the region. The rooms are spacious and they overlook the mountain. The staff and service are great as well.

The room was clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished, complete with a spacious balcony. A shared ski storage room with heated boot racks is available for guests. The location is incredibly convenient: it’s just a one-minute walk to the slope, where you can ski down to the first lift. At the end of your day, you can ski back almost to the front door. The host is exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The bed was comfortable. The view of the Kaiserberg was good, but only an 8/10 due to the house blocking it. Apartment was nicely decorated. With our car it was easy to access many villages and trails.

Great location, at the bottom of a run and next to a ski hire centre. It is close to the village centre with bars, restaurants and supermarkets but is in a quiet location. It has very comfortable beds, easily adjustable heating and a lovely living room with doors to a sunny patio and Netflix on the TV! The Loy family were very welcoming and helpful.
