One of the best locations in Fiss! Very attentive hosts and great facilities. Ski depot, sauna, great breakfast! Nothing to complain about

Wow, everything. This was exactly the type of place I was hoping to stay in for our ski break. Elegant and luxurious in a quiet and understated way. The room was very well set up for our family of 4 and the kitchenette had all the necessary utensils and appliances. The hotel owners/staff were attentive and checked in on us to make sure we were shuttled to the resort or that we had breakfast booked.

Spacious rooms decorated with old wooden feel, modern kitchen, amazing wellness section, and close to the cabe cars. We visited in summer and enjoyed all the attractions for kids in the mountains.

Very friendly staff, great location and facilities, overall very nice family run accommodation. We liked it a lot how open they were to help us with any information we need, accommodate having small; kids at the bistro and just be super nice and pleasant all the time.

They made us feel like royalty at the Lärchenhof! The exceptional breakfast was a highlight of every day. The room was cozy, clean, and had a balcony with a wonderful view of Serfaus. The location is nice, just across a suspension bridge from town. They obviously really care about their guests here. Highly, highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel truly at home. Doris and Albert were so friendly and attentive, and we would love to come back again someday.

The owner greeted us in person. I felt immediately visiting a distant relative. Warm reception. It was afternoon and Christina invited us to "Kaffee und Kuchen", alluding to the fact that the home made cake was still warm out of the oven. For me, it does not get better. Shops had closed in this rural part of the village to get breakfast foods. The owner Christine took pity on us an invited us to her home the next morning for a (free) sumptuous breakfast. Two thumbs up for hospitality shown at this place.

It was just an incredible stay. We travelled with 4 families from Shanghai to Fiss. The check in and handover was smoothly and even a short noticed room change from our side was handled cooperative. It’s a quite comfortable place with a lots of activities provided from the owner in the evening for kids and adults. We will definitely come back.

What a beautiful place full of great people! We enjoyed absolutely everything and surely plan to come back!

Super friendly staff/hosts, good and varied breakfast, rooms are big enough and quite close to the slopes! Also practical parking spots in front of the house.
