Chatel Reizen is a Dutch travel provider, specializing for over 30 years in the catered chalet concept, where you are looked after by our Dutch-speaking chalet staff, who also speak English and German. In addition to seamlessly managing the chalet's housekeeping and providing the optional generous breakfast, afternoon tea, and coffee after dinner (please note, not included with all room types), they also serve as your host(ess) and point of contact.

Haus Schönjochl accommodates up to 27 guests and is offered differently depending on the season. Winter Period: During the winter period, the house is divided into two sections: Chalet: The chalet has 7 bedrooms for up to 20 guests. It is possible to reserve the entire chalet exclusively or to book a suitable number of rooms. In that case, the remaining rooms will be rented to other guests. Once one or more rooms have been booked, it is no longer possible to reserve the entire chalet in order to avoid double bookings. In winter, the chalet is offered including breakfast. A rich breakfast buffet is included in the price. Please note that there is no guest kitchen in the chalet, and self-catering is therefore not possible. Apartments: In addition, we offer two apartments on a self-catering basis: - a 3-person apartment - a 4-person apartment Both apartments have their own fully equipped kitchen. Bed Linen & Towels (Winter) Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels (2 per person) are provided. For stays of 5 nights or longer, towels are changed midweek. Summer Period: During the summer months, the chalet building is rented out as an apartment and offered on a self-catering basis. The following options are available: - 6 bedrooms for up to 16 guests, or - 3 bedrooms for up to 8 guests In addition, the two existing apartments remain available: - a 3-person apartment - a 4-person apartment During the summer period, all stays are on a self-catering basis. Super Summer Card: In summer, the Super Summer Card is included in the price. Bed Linen & Towels (Summer): Bed linen and towels are not included. Guests may bring their own or rent a linen package for an additional fee (please inform us in advance).

Fiss is located on the sun terrace of Tyrol, high above the Inn Valley. The surrounding areas primarily block bad weather and offer Fiss, which faces south, more than 2000 hours of sunshine per year. The ability to ski on the north side and the many snow cannons ensure good piste conditions throughout the year. Fiss has remained a charming Tyrolean mountain village with a pleasant balance between rural charm and tourism. For uncomplicated après-ski in an ancient 'Wirtshaus' or going out in the evening, Fiss is an excellent choice. Good après-ski can be found, for example, at the Hexenalm and Hackl's Kaller, both within walking distance of Haus Schönjochl.
