The location was absolutely superb! With the tourist pass included in the hotel price, the rides on the Wanderbus as well as all the cable cars in the region were also free. The breakfast and the prompt and friendly service were outstanding!

The hotel is very family oriented and kids friendly. It has lots of possibilities to keep the kids busy (indoor playgrounds, swimming pool, supervised activities). We could even rent a stroller and sleds for free. Staff is very friendly, the facilites are in good shape and the food is excellent.

Gorgeous spa area with many pools and saunas. Clean and spacious apartments.

The location was great and out dog had an amazing time at the hotel. We enjoyed so much our stay there.

Incredible staff (helped us with bags exchanges), nice food, the sauna area was superb and also the beds very comfy! Shuttle service to the ski cable car was a plus!

Clean, close to the slopes and the stuff was very amiable and flexible with everything we needed. They were also very helpful in the last day we left to arrange for us transportation

Food: Food during breakfast and dinner was top notch. Excellent variety including meat, fish and vegetarian options a la cart during dinner and a salad bar. Selection of cheeses was excellent. Cakes in the afternoon were tasty and a nice touch. The staff was very attentive. Room: large enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys with large balcony overlooking the mountains. Spa area: The spa area was very impressive with steam room and two saunas and three floors dedicated to relaxation. The hotel was fully booked and it did not feel crowded even at peak time. Location: about 8-10 minutes walk to the lift, we kept the skis and boots at the rental shop by the lift free of charge so the walk was not a big deal. Overall stay was very enjoyable and the staff and owners work very hard to keep their guests happy.

Perfect location for ski trip in Ladis/Fiss/Serfaus. The accommodation, cleanness and spacious rooms are great. The location of the hotel is perfect. We were getting to the ski slopes in no time. The breakfast is fantastic. The spa after a ski day is a must. We were absolutely delighted with the facilities. Barbara and her staff are amazing, extremely kind and courteous. Barbara was our guide and host during the stay. We cannot thank her enough for her hospitality. This was a perfect stay for our group. Highly recommend!!
