Fantastic location and comfortable

The location was great. Beautiful view of the mountains. The house was very comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed provided by Thomas.

It was a perfect nature get away, cabin style, clean and modern I loved the wood finishes on the furniture. Was very well heated in this winter visit. The grounds were huge so much to see.

Wonderful staff and facilities. Large bathroom with tub, shower, and lots of cabinets. Balcony with amazing view of mountains. Short, nice walk to town. Great breakfast. Large, comfortable bed with good quality linens.

Very confortable apartment for a family vacation, ski room to live the ski boots and things to dry. Option to get fresh bread delivered in the morning.

Karin is a wonderful friendly host who gave me an upgrade to a more spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen! It was great for a couple of nights to cook. Very tidy and clean. Peaceful rest as well.

Everything was perfect, nice welcoming from the staff, they provide a Seefeld summer card during our stay, the apartment locate in Möserer it’s really quiet area it just 5 minute by car to center of Seefeld, the apartment clean and decorate by new modern style.

Very nice equipped apartments with separate bedroom and kitchen. Enough space for family with 3 years old boy and a dog - spaniel. Own yard. Location is incredible! It is just 20 meters to excellent condition cross-country ski trail. This part of the trail is flat. A couple ski-cafes - 100 meters to cafe in Karwendel hotel and 500 meters to cosy wooden cafe. Place is quiet, no sound from road. Bedroom window goes on parking, kitchen/lounge room window goes on trails. Morning starts with rising sun light on mountains, day-time are skiers, night is romantic with ratruck lights.

The first was the kindness of the owner, she was so kind to wait us late in the evening and to guide us in everything. The location is perfect, the hotel is super clean, the owners are very kind and helpful. The biggest surprise for us were the 3 things included in the price ( that is not mentioned on the site of booking ): very delicious breakfast bufet, free tickets in the public transport and free tickets in the nearest swimming pool.

The location is impressive. I love every aspect of the location, next to a calm and not at all heavy traffic area. Love the spacious chill-out space overlooking the Alps of the property. The apartment is fully equipped to the teeth with all that you need to live (cook, drinks, fridge, etc), like you are at home. The free parking is a super plus, Not located where the property is but just a small stroll away. Also to add, the people here in this great town of Telfs are just insanely friendly. Many thanks for the wonderful stay. Love it a lot.

Great location, close to cozy Seefeld and Innsbruck, super great value for the money, very clean, we felt like home, the host is so friendly and nice, well equipped kitchen

We truly enjoyed our stay in this property. The place was very clean, quiet and the location was amazing. The kitchen had everything needed to cook proper meals so we did not have to go to a restaurant every day. We also loved the sauna and hot tub, beds were comfy and staff friendly.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We were 9 people (two families with kids) and with 4 bedrooms and a large dining room, there was enough space for all of us. The kitchen is very well equipped including a coffee machine, cooking utensils and enough dishes. We really liked that all the bedrooms were equipped with large wardrobes or dressers. It was also nice to find many books and games for kids in the living room. There is also a really nice and large balcony with garden view, dining table and a grill. The location is very good and enabled us to visit different parts of Tirol in up to 45 minutes drive.

Every things were exceptional. Very nice and clean property.

Stayed for 6 nights, great apartment with all the facilities one would need, great service from the owners. Clean and comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony. The apartment even had access to the basement which had a pool table, darts, drinks and a large speaker. Recommended!

The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Heating is comfortable. The view of the mountains from the front room is wonderful. You need a car.

It's a great place to stay with welcome hosts. The location is perfect. The apartment is big and equipped with everything you need and very clean. Very comfortable beds for sleep. I highly recommend this place and big thanks to Familie Meinschad for welcoming us.

The location is at a farm in the middle of a tourist region.

We enjoyed everything. Spacious house, friendly and helpful hosts, great balcony, all very clean and comfortable. And close to the highway and any tourist attractions you could want to visit. Bonus: magnificent view to mountains through windows in all directions.

Our third time here pretty much says it all. I don't know that there is any place in Tirol with better views. Sylvia is a great host and always makes us feel right at home.

Excellent farm stay for family. The host was really lovely very welcoming.
