Very clean and everything is good. Great location, all the facilities are perfect. We had very nice stay.

Super cozy and comfortable place. Host was extremely nice and helpful. The park lot facility is a big bonus! Excellent location with many restaurants and shops. Only 5 minutes drive to Deakin university. The entire neighborhood is safe and convenient! Love it!

It’s a very cozy place for a family like us including 2 kids. The unit is clean and pretty new. Most of facilities are ready for use. There is a spacious and beautiful garden outside including a pool and a trampoline. The whole unit looks like just renovated so it’s better to keep all windows open a bit for more fresh air.

The gardens add to the overall Zen that you feel as soon as you walk onto this property. Stunning

Near box hill central clean and tidy

Whatever were promised at the time of booking, everything was available. Room was fully furnished as stated, neat and clean and tidy. Self check in was also smooth. In my room, there is a refrigerator and microwave and toaster. It made the life quite easy for me. We cooked our food in the kitchen and it was also having essential cooking utensils and cutlery etc...hot and warm water was always available in kitchen and bathroom. Room was also pretty war, .Overall, a perfect value for your money. Thanks to the Lucy and their team. Regards

Location, next to Aldi, and Chinese food. It faces the street, but after closing windows and doors, noise is not too bad. Bed is comfortable; the studio has all facilities… Netflix, washing machines, dryer (but we did not use them); back door leads to car park and the front door leads to outdoor seating.

I had an incredible time staying at ADA Homestay. The rooms and common areas were very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to the mall and public transportation. A special shout-out to the manager for her incredible customer service.
