Cannot fault the property, it was great. Our view was sensational, aaccess to bars/restaurants/shops was perfect. Awesome to be able to head off for a 5km walk everyday along the waterfront. No faults.

Location of apartment was great. Not on the boardwalk with all the noise but only a short walk to the restaurants and Mooloolaba beach. Close to the harbour which has lots of restaurants and pubs. Internet was fast and TV had Foxtel cable.

I rented the apartment for my parents as an 80th birthday gift. They loved the place, and really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the sea breezes. Will definitely do it again. They were also impressed by the friendliness of the staff.

Location to everything was within arms reach. Clean and modern furniture heated pool and spa.

Staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The unit was ready early and they texted to advise that we may come early.

We loved our accommodations- from the stunning views, the roar of the waves to the large rooms, well equipped kitchen to the comfy beds. Very pleased with every aspect of our home away from home. We were situated within walking distance to the beach, walking paths, lovely shops, delightful restaurants and easy access for us to leave the city. Staff was excellent helping us decide to use our time wisely to see as much as possible- just needed to ask! Try it - you will be pleased with yourself to take action!!

Perfect location with everything you need for a family away from home. The staff went above and beyond to help. The facility is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Walking distance to everything.

We had a lovely rooftop apartment with a view of the beach and boardwalk on the left hand side of the building. Little circular ladder to our own rooftop section with a table/chairs and small bbq. Room was small as expected but perfectly comfortable. Downstairs pool and spa were nice too. As its directly behind the surf club easy access to beach and facilities and not much further to the wharf with all its tourist attractions and awesome places to eat

Great location. Our view was overlooking the school playing field which was lovely. No noise from the children as double glazed doors. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Alex and Lauren were extremely helpful and we were able to enter the room early and leave our bags at the office until pickup. Would definitely stay again.

Our Penthouse apt was amazing-very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well- equipped. The views were fantastic and the outdoor space on the roof was lovely! The location at the top end of The Mooloolaba Esplanade was very convenient for walking to restaurants and stores. The private parking was great and the highways and other points along the Sunshine Coast were an easy drive from the property.

I was hoping to book my family somewhere that would be a complete contrast to their full-on days, and the Excellsior team delivered. Light, airy, relaxed, modern — and my family were grateful for the secure parking option, too. I was particularly impressed by how kind and helpful Kate was when I needed to extend or adjust the booking.

The balcony and view were amazing. Also, location to beach, food and shopping was excellent.

We stayed in two x 3 bedroom apartments side by side. It was fabulous, close to everything, in fact we never got in our cars the whole 3 nights staying there, we walked everywhere.

We were very surprised to find how large the apartment was, and to also have an ensuite and bathroom. Both well appointed. The kitchen was fantastic, and there were 3 large comfortable beds. A garage was also supplied to use. We were also very close to the water, and the shops.

Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Location was perfect and the apartment was modern and updated.

The staff were great. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and they were able to arrange access to our room earlier. As we had a later flight we were given a key to access amenities after check out time which was great.
