Amazing apartment with an amazing view. 3 minutes walking from the beach. Exceptional service and nice breakfast.

The place was well appointed. Beds were very comfy and the breakfast was varied and with lots of choices.

Close to the beach, good breakfast and the restaurant's hotel Attica had good dishes and fair prices.

One of the best holiday stays I've ever had. The hotel is on the 1st line, the beach is right there in front of the entrance, with sun baths available for the good price. Amazing restaurant and cocktail bar. Underground parking included for free, which was a great advantage, considering the hot summer sun. You can easily spend a week there not leaving the territory, enjoying the sea, the beach and local food. The hosts are simply unmatched. We were welcomed at the doors of the complex, they helped to park the car, explained about the facilities in the complex and the apartment, gave the advices what to visit nearby. Overall very helpful, polite and friendly, responding on WhatsApp within minutes. After the first night, we found that some facilities in the apartment were not particularly convenient for us (sofa was too small for sleeping, no microwave). So we've asked if there was a chance to switch the apartment. Not only they responded immediately to our request, but all further communication was done on the highest professional level of hospitality - "Don't worry about anything, we would find the apartments that will fit your needs, your comfort is our priority". These exact words. Ultimately, we were moved to the higher class apartment with a huge terrace and a direct sea view, which was absolutely marvelous to stay. With no extra costs. During the stay we had some minor issues - someone parked on our spot, our swimsuits fall from the balcony on the lower terrace, the hosts responded right away and resolved everything. Including finding the owners of the apartment below ours to take pick up swimsuites. Overall, we had an amazing, worries free holiday, knowing that if we would need any help or advice everything would be taken care of. If we decided to come to Burgas region again - we would certainly book the apartment here again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night, and it was an outstanding experience. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for the guests truly set this place apart.The room was immaculate, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location was convenient, and the ambiance was both elegant and cozy. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the décor, which added to the overall experience.What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The manager and his team were always available, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. We had a great stay there, the rooms were spacious, neat and clean, 2 separate bathrooms was a great advantage, beds were comfy. The complex itself is quiet, well maintained, clean, the swimming pool and the area around were also great. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, at the same time not too far from the charming Old Town. Great value for the price!

The apartment is spacious (just one room but big enough) and well equipped, with a full kitchen and clothes washer, a bathroom and plenty of cabinet and closet space. The host and his staff were exceptionally responsive and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to Old Town, Nessebar, close to shopping, near to the beach. It's a beautiful town.

The stay was a lot better than expected. At first it was difficult to find the correct place, but once we found it, everything was great! The room was clean and modern. It had everything that was needed: air conditioning, 3 separate beds (like we asked), sofa with a table, fridge, TV (although we didn't use it) and even a balcony with clothes drying rack. Free wifi was nice and fast. Bathroom, although very compact, had everything + enough shower gel and shampoo for the 3 of us staying for 4 nights. At first the location seemed random, but it was actually right next to a pedestrian street with a lot of shops, including groceries, cafes and restaurants, pharmacy and souvenirs. And it was only 15 min walk away from the Old Town and 10 min walk away from South Beach. The personal was very helpful and easy to talk to in both English and Russian. Check out was early, but we were allowed to leave our bags at the reception until we had to leave the town. There was no option for breakfast, but there was a kitchen corner with coffee and appliances near the reception. And considering the opening times of food places at our street, there was no breakfast needed. For example the was an excellent pancake place literally 10 meters from the hotel door. Definitely recommending this to everyone!

Perfect location, clean and comfortable

The location was very central lots of shops nearby and restaurants, quite close to a couple of different beaches, for the 5th floor room great view. Good room service and pretty clean.

The staff is amazing, check in went smooth, quick and without any issues. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was located right in the city center, yet in a quiet part so you can rest well during the night. I definitely recommend and will return here if I ever visit Nessebar again. Thank you!

Everything was great, the room was very clean and it was cleaned daily. The location is perfect, exactly in the middle of everything, close to the old town and about 5 and 10 minute walk to the beaches. Everyone was very nice also and we didn't have any issue at all during our stay.
