VIlla Elea is located in Old Nesebar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Villa Elea is right next the Basilica of the Holy Mother of God Eleusa and offers panoramic views of the sea. All apartments are with individual design and have smart TVs, as well as energy saving cooling and heating system. An ancient wall is built in the interior of the villa Elea. There is a swimming deck right in front of the villa. The nearest beach with beautiful golden sand is just 656 feet away. There are many restaurants, shops and cafes within a one-minute stroll, as well as a sports field. A pedestrian area for panoramic walks starts right in front of the villa.
