Friendless clean and good food

Great Family Stay in the Heart of Burgas(2 adult+2children) 2 separate rooms Deluxe King Room & Deluxe Twin Room. We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. The hotel is perfectly located on the main street of Burgas, just a 10-minute walk from the sea, which was incredibly convenient for us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very cozy, providing the perfect space for us to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff and service were exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard—friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes. The spa and poo l facilities were also impressive, and we appreciated the long opening hours (from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM), giving us plenty of time to enjoy them. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. As suggestion and recommendation offering complimentary and free parking, as it is a standard service in most hotels of this level (even in Burgas). Additionally, providing a minibar as free or at least bottled drinking water would enhance the guest experience.

Unfortunately, I stayed for a night but everything was fantastic. The hotel is spotless and very quiet. The location is perfect for visiting the town.

Best value for money, definitely the best value for money this year !! Very polite and nice People. You can not go wrong with this property. Great Restaurant on the first floor with a Master Chef who knows his trade very well, this way we want to say "Thank you for the great dinner , Sir " Breakfast was also great with a few options and great Coffee. Nice and clean room with underground paring! Next trip to the Black Sea this will be our choice again !!

Big rooms! Clean!! Such a big balcony!

A cosy good old style hotel. I like the way the rooms are decorated, it fits the building itself and transports you to by gone times when all was simpler and better. Staff are friendly and non-intrusive. Facilities are clean Nice restaurant in the garden.

The views from the balcony on the 9th floor was worth the downsides of the hotel’s condition. Plus No AC and small room! It was hard to sleep! We were charged the Parking fee of BGN 7 for each of our two Motorcycles when we only occupied one parking space for one night stay!

The owner of the property was really flexible and helpful. The location of the hotel is great so that you can find everything in 10 minutes walking.
