Hotel was nice, was designed very creative. The booked room was the same how is in the pictures. I liked our room a lot, because of panorama windows, cleanliness and very comfortable mattresses. There was free drinking water and tea in the room. And the breakfast was quite attractive also. We stayed there for one night. From the hotel to bus station in a taxi was 5 lev. Thanks a lot, I enjoyed it.

View was amazing, location was excellent and easy, easy to find. It's pretty loud with the door open as the hotel is literally on the highway, so you can't hear any ocean sounds but the balconies are really nice. They mixed up the room and gave us a king bed when we needed two twin beds and corrected it right away. The staff was friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable and easy. Room was clean and had everything we needed, shower was big which was awesome. AC worked very well and they had an extra comforter so I could be warm while my friend stayed cool. Beds were very comfy! I would definitely stay here again and probably will in the next coming months when I visit Varna again. Offered breakfast at 10 lev a piece I believe which is great.

The staff was the first great impression of the place. Mihail and Simeon were running around the place ruining what seemed to be the whole hotel without missing a beat! Got a nice upgrade along with my friends I can with and the service was fantastic during our stay. The location was also perfect just between the old town in Varna and the cool beach clubs just north of the Hotel.

This place exceeded my expectations. My room was very clean, modern and looked recently redone. There was a beautiful courtyard with plenty of seating. The location was genuinely incredible, very close to bus stops, the center, the beach, and right next to a hip bar/cafe and a delicious restaurant. At the restaurant I got a discount on the food as a guest of Casablanca. The family running the hotel were very kind as well. I would just add that there was no shampoo provided, so make sure to bring your own.

Great experience at Caprice Family Hotel! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, close to the beach and city centre. Overall, great value for money — I would definitely stay here again!
