The staff were amazing and always so friendly especially the service at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is lovely and has amazing views next to an old church. The location is perfect and close to the local beaches and lots of restaurants/shops. The food is fabulous, there is so much choice and it's always tasty and just as good if not better than what you can buy at local restaurants - also the breakfast is the best I've ever had in Bulgaria. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely come back again!

Great Family Stay in the Heart of Burgas(2 adult+2children) 2 separate rooms Deluxe King Room & Deluxe Twin Room. We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. The hotel is perfectly located on the main street of Burgas, just a 10-minute walk from the sea, which was incredibly convenient for us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very cozy, providing the perfect space for us to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff and service were exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard—friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes. The spa and poo l facilities were also impressive, and we appreciated the long opening hours (from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM), giving us plenty of time to enjoy them. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. As suggestion and recommendation offering complimentary and free parking, as it is a standard service in most hotels of this level (even in Burgas). Additionally, providing a minibar as free or at least bottled drinking water would enhance the guest experience.

Exceptional stay! Even better than last year! Everything was absolutely perfect! This is our second year staying at this hotel, and we are even more satisfied this time around. It is wonderful to see how the hotel is constantly being renovated, becoming more modern and pleasant each year. We were pleasantly surprised to find that part of the hotel has been recently refurbished, and the new rooms are incredibly modern and fresh. ​The staff was exceptionally polite, helpful, and attentive every single time we needed something. A special shout-out to the housekeeper, who was simply amazing - she kept our room absolutely spotless and went above and beyond with her attention to detail. ​The location is unbeatable, right next to the beach. It is also a wonderful place for a family vacation with a child: there is a great playground, several pools, including a fantastic kids' pool. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, including good options for children. Overall, the value for money is great, and we had a superb and truly relaxing holiday!

The property, the facilities, the pool, the children's playgrounds, the food (we had breakfast and dinner), absolutely everything was fantastic,there are also restaurants inside the complex, a store.The food was varied; at least dinner was different every evening, breakfast was varied, everything was freshly made. I was really pleasantly surprised when we entered the reserved apartment (it was located with a view of the main pool, and there was even a piano and saxophone concert on two nights). It is a small town full of greenery, with pools for all ages and private access. If you want to go to the beach (although there's not much reason to, given the facilities inside), it takes about a maximum of 15 minutes to walk there at a leisurely pace.I highly recommend it.

We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at St. Thomas Holiday Village. The property is exceptionally well kept, with beautifully maintained gardens and common areas that made the whole experience feel peaceful and elevated. Everything was spotlessly clean — from the rooms to the pool areas — which really added to our comfort. We especially appreciated the variety and upkeep of the pools. Overall, it was clear that a lot of thought and care goes into the guest experience here, and it didn’t go unnoticed. We’d happily return.

One of the best beach hotels I have ever seen. Once you get there, you don’t want to leave anymore. Front views of the sea from both balconies of the apartment, all is quiet, clean and a friendly atmosphere inside and outside the building. Everything is very nice and well organized, from the access to the parking spot, to all the facilities that can be found everywhere. Delicious food and drinks, nice shows for both children and adults. Good taste and refinement, congratulations! We can't wait to come back!

We are regulars, but lately there has been a decline. Now we are pleasantly surprised by the significant update in the quality of service, the food and most importantly in the spa facility cleanness (the salt pool). Of course there's still a need for improvement in general maintenance, but overall much much better.

The beach is wide, but the free public area is quite limited...

The beach is wide, but the free public area is quite limited, with most of the beach occupied by paid umbrellas and sunbeds. There are not enough public toilets, and there are no showers or changing facilities. Many beach bars take up a significant portion of the beach and play loud music throughout the day, often at an excessive volume. Overall, the beach could be much better organized and maintained for visitors.

Nice old town with old buildings and cultural/historical heritage. Prices in restaurants are commensurate with the hype. Views on all sides and honestly, eating at a terrace is wirth the money you end up paying.

The beach and marina areas are lovely and there are ample...

The beach and marina areas are lovely and there are ample supermarkets up in the town if you are self catering. Public transport is cheap and runs on time... very efficient. Loads of places to eat and drink. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the footpaths and highway. The locals are very busy looking after their own areas by keeping them clean. There seems to be a pride in where they live.

We liked local brewery Papa beer. We recommend Free guided tour - daily at 10 o'clock in front of the info center. Sahara lounge on the beach offers good food and drinks for affordable prices and at the same time you can relax on the loungers. It's worth to visit UNESCO site Nessebar, 35 km from Burgas. If you are cat lover, you'll see them all the time.

Lots of places on the beachfront dont accept card payments, cash only, which is super annoying because we sat down, ate and turns out we couldnt pay. None of the restaurants show in any way that its cash only.

Avoid the road between Varna and Nessebar, it is damaged and congested. Personally, I used DN5 Ruse-Polikraiște 90 km (very congested), then DN53 Polikraiște-Elena-Sliven-Krușare 133 km (superb, through the mountains, very free and recently renovated almost completely), A1 Krușare-Burgas 90 km, DN9 Burgas -Ravda 40 km (crowded but recently built as an expressway bypassing the resorts.

Lozenets is one of my favourite places at the Bulgarian...

Lozenets is one of my favourite places at the Bulgarian seaside. The beach is large with fine sand, getting into the water with children is easy and the water is crystal clear. There's lots to do in Lozenets itself - fun fair for the kids, lots of restaurants and quite a few have a designated play area. There are some nice shops and the bars are also great - By the way is the most prominent place in Lozenets that's been around for 20ish years.
