Cleanliness of the hotel. Availability of sun beds on the beach. At the pool not the same situation.

There is a nice open view to the sea and the sunrise from the balconies on higher floors. The location is on a quiet street, conveniently close (less than 5 minutes walk) to one of the city plazas, with a fountain, restaurants, little stores, and refreshing evening atmosphere of families with kids strolling around. The walk to the beach was less than 10 min. The staff was friendly and helpful.

First the hosts were just great, easy going people with great sense of doing this business. Clean, parking, balcony, sizeable room and most important for me.... a coffee machine

Perfect location, wonderful breakfast, Pure and clear swimming pool. Amazing staff and service. I have enjoyed my staying and definitely will recommend and visit again.

The hotel is excellent, very big with a lot of activities, pools and restaurants. The food was very good and the staff was exceptionally helpful.

I've been to worse places having 3-4 stars. I appreciate they've cleaned the room and changed the sheets after previous guests. Had soap and toilet paper, had a balcony and there are plenty of quiet rooms in the back so you're not disturbed at night. The location is close enough to the beach and T-market. If the price will stay fair, i will probably come back next time. Byala is a great quiet place for families and single people trying to relax and swim, outside from the normal noise and annoying ski-jets and polluting boats the common resorts have. The parking is free on the main street. The sand is of the best quality, not dirt mixed with fined seashells. And most important, not many romanians.

The staff was great and Veselin was amazing. He was always there to help with everything. The hotel is clean and well located within the city. We had a great experience and would not hesitate to visit again. Thank you!.

We LOVED staying at hotel LAXO. The owners were unbelievably friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful, clean and convenient. The location was very central. The staff did an excellent job keeping everything nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and included. We would absolutely come stay here again and are looking forward to it!

The nice sea view and the location so close to the beach, so that we could listen to the waves. The food was varied and tasty. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very good. Free parking.
