Vacation Rentals in Smolyan

We were there as 2 families with 2 kids, which made this apartment a perfect choice, since kids could share the same room --- and they loved it. The apartment was super clean and very nice and warm. The area is great, it's my 3rd or 4th time staying at that apartment complex. It's not close to anything in particular but that makes it even better since it's really clean and quiet there.

Very stylish and well-designed studio, exactly as shown in the photos. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a longer stay. Great location for skiing in Pamporovo, with easy access to the slopes. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, making it perfect to relax after a day on the mountain.

It is the perfect place for a mountain holiday. The apartment has everything you might need. It is newly furnished, perfectly maintained and very comfortable. Our family had a great time and would love to come back.

We liked the view and the location. We took a few walks and it was wonderful. Also the road up there was good. The apartment itself was cozy, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was good, where we could cook almost twice a day during our 4 day trip. Great parking spot, great communication, everything was simply great.

A lovely, new apartment, looks just like the pictures, a quiet place, 3rd floor without an elevator, the apartment is optimally equipped, we stayed there as a couple with 4 children and we had a very comfortable stay. The owners of the apartment were very nice and helped us when we contacted them (we thought the hot water had run out, they explained to us what and how to do so that we didn't lack anything). The building has a restaurant (we had dinner there which was delicious and not expensive) and a children's playroom (our children aged 2,6,9,11 really enjoyed themselves there!) Some of the games are for an additional fee, there is a heated pool, the pool is small, but great for a dip at the end of the day. 5 minute drive to the nearest city. Highly recommended for families traveling

Cozy and comfortable, this apartment is located in the beautiful forest and next to a nice little hotel, with a kids' corner, spa and a restaurant. The apartment itself has everything you need and the host is super sweet. Will definitely return to explore the area in the summer as it has a lot to offer. Also, the food and wine at the nearby restaurant are great.

Nice value for money. The dinner food was amazing ,a lot of choice every night , but the breakfast was the same every day. The SPA zone is very small compared to the size of the hotel. The swimming pool is extremely small ,both saunas and the steam room were all right. The jacuzzi needs to be paid extra ,which I didn't like. For the money you pay, should be included and bearing in mind the size of the small pool. Parking is massive and still not enough when the hotel is full. There is a supermarket in the hotel and a lobby bar. Didn't like that they don't accept card payment at the lobby bar and supermarket. The rooms are big and clean ,all of them with a terrace. Bathrooms were fine. Very crowded hotel when it's in season.

The staff was very friendly but the villas are dated the area is poorly maintained and the ifra structure in the area is terrible it use to be such a great resort but it looks like the management is saving money on the interior

They were incredibly kind and helpful, if i ever find myself in smolyan again i’d definite head over again.

The staff was friendly, the host was great. My child (under 2) was like in home! We stayed in room 5, the room was spacious and sunny.

With one exception, everything was great.

The cleanliness of the room and of the hotel exceeded my expectations. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I ever stayed, including 4 star hotels. Bathroom very clean. Beds are comfortable. Parking available in the yard. Owner speaks only Bulgarian, but it was fine. They live in the same yard and are around, but not staying at the reception.

The house it's great and covered all the needs we got. First and most obvious is the amazing view in the nature. The house is on high and quiet position. After that comes all the comfort of the house. Has 5 bedroom, kitchen, living room and 3 bathrooms. Most of the bedrooms have terrace. We were group of 7 adults and 3 kids and the place worked perfectly for us. It's renovated and looks cozy and new. As a location, it was easy to go to every attraction that we had in the list. The Hosts are amazing and the experience was great!

The apartment is really well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of four. We loved the attention to detail, from toothbrushes to house slippers.

Communication with the property was excellent and very helpful! The host was super friendly and kind and really made us feel like family!! He genuinely cared about our experience and made it very special for us! The location is in a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby.
