This is a luxury cozy apartment in Smolyan city, fully furnished and beautifully decorated to provide comfort and relaxation for its guests. The apartment benefits from an amazing unobstructed view of the mountain while being at a central location. Its combination of luxury, comfort, quietness, and nature makes it an ideal place for tourists, business executives, and remote workers. It consists of a large living room with sitting and dining areas, including a sofa convertible into a double bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large queen bed, and a well-appointed bathroom. The kitchen has its dining table and is equipped with a full set of dinnerware and cookware, in addition to a modern Nespresso Coffee machine.
The guests have access to free private parking, a kids playground, and a barbeque area, that are located just beside the building. The apartment is located within walking distance of the administrative Center of Smolyan that includes all governmental institutions, in addition to the Theater, Art Gallery, Museum, Central Hospital, schools, and shopping areas. All tourist attractions in the region including Pamporovo and Devin resorts are accessible within 15-30 minutes' driving time, while the Greece border is only 1 hour away.
