The hotel is relatively close to the ski resort; you can request a shuttle or drive there in just 2 minutes. There is a supermarket near the hotel. The service is amazing, the rooms are huge, and the view is breathtaking! It has a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The staff is wonderful!

The staff was super friendly, there are a lot of amenities in the hotel (pool, spa, kids playing area, fitness/kids party area, lobby and rooftop bar, 2 restaurants...), the food was great and the hotel is super warm.

Very warm and clean. Nice spa, perfect temp in the pool. Nice saunas, steam baths and salt room. Nice staff!

The food buffet for dinner and breakfast was exceptionally good.

The room and the public areas are kept very clean. The temperature both in the room and the other areas is very good. The breakfast was good enough. The shuttle service is nice. The driver is very helpful. He makes sure everyone gets to the ski center even at busy times when the bus gets full very quickly. The view from the room was the best. The building and facilities are old but very well maintained and kept clean.

Hotel is very close to the ski 🎿 slopes and ski rides🚡. There are ski rental shops nearby, and couple of restaurants. If you don't ski, there is a nice sled 🛷 slope just in front of the hotel, and enough free space to build snowman ⛄ It provides with good food for breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool is small, it is not for swimming 🏊‍♂️, but it is big enough to relax after a day in the snow. And saunas 🧖‍♂️ are quite good. The staff is friendly and helpful, but be ready to understand some Bulgarian ☺️

A very nice hotel, with an extremely good location. Polite staff with attention to small details. Wonderful and varied food in the restaurant with very good service from the waiters. Pets are also allowed in the hotel, which gives an advantage to visit it in the future. The pool has warm water, the sauna was great. The masseuse is a professional. It's worth taking advantage of everything the hotel has to offer. I am very pleased. Thanks for the warm attitude.

Beautiful location for skiing at the base of the slopes. A family business where you can feel like home with good food and great value for money.

The staff is really friendly. The location is second to none, close to all the good ecopaths in the area. The food is good and the rooms are clean. They have also built a house for a stray dog :) I highly recommend it.

Amazing place to regenerate and relax. Cozy and romantic place in the heart of Rodopa mountain. Close to the woods and mountain. Opportunity for mountain biking and walking in the forest. Very close to Snejanka peak. Great views and magical night sky. Very friendly staff and very good service. Delicious meals. The restaurant has an amazing outside patio with tables where you can enjoy your meal and view. Suitable for families with children and pets. It has its own parking lot. Great value. DO NOT MISS IT
