Everything. It was absolutely amazing. Great owners, nice pool, very comfy accomondation in the tent. Location very good, just around 7mins walk to restaurants, stores, bars and beach

While most of the units were occupied during our stay, we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Every morning we drank our coffee on the deck by the pool with beautiful views of the ocean and a few rainbows. We had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage and space in the unit. I could see staying here for an extended period of time.

The location was perfect! We loved everything about it - staff, facilities, domestic and wild animals, heard, and most mornings, saw howler monkeys! Loved the dogs and potbellied pig we named Miss Piggy. Per Pablo's instructions, we didn't feed or pet her and didn't leave food on our porch. The dogs were friendly and loved having them around to pet and enjoy. So peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Good price for a studio. Beach within walking distance, a huge plus! Restaurants, coffee shops, and market within walking distance.

Best place to stay in Surfside, huge, very confortable room, fully equiped kitchen, nice pool. The bnb has only two rooms if you are lucky enough to get one, go! The hosts Daniel aka Papito, and Charlotte are awesome people.

Well air conditioned, good view, host was accessible when needing to communicate, clean interior, quiet at night, clear instructions upon arrival.

The views and the pool were lovely. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The house was absolutely stunning, the AC worked great. Loved the proximity to Playa Flamingo and Playa Danta, Las Catalinas. Good spots to eat nearby. The beds were comfortable and there was conveniently a bathroom for each bedroom.

The best feature of this property is the very large, clean pool along with the hot tub. Ample parking all behind a secured gate. The unit itself was comfortable with a good shower and decent kitchen. It is located very close to a great public beach and numerous restaurants and supermarket.

The place was in good condition and it was exactly as it looked in the pictures, some places use pictures where the place looks better than in reality but this wasn't the case and we loved the place. Susan is really friendly and willing to help you with questions you might have. It is located a few blocks from Potrero beach and restaurants in town and close to other more beautiful beaches like Brasilito, Conchal and Puerto Viejo. For sure you will want to visit them too. The room had everything we needed, I can't give feedback about the small kitchen because we didn't use it but it seemed good enough. This was our first time there and we highly recommend Mar y Posa. It is safe and calm if you want to relax, I bet you will like it.

We decided to stay a few more days and they were very accommodating.

The home was great! It is very clean and spacious for four people. We liked the locking garage gate and that a security guard often walked up and down the street at night. We felt safe, and the area was close to the beaches and good restaurants.

The position which is located near to Flamingo Beach and other beaches. Also, the option to cook and store food in the room.

This is a great condo with a breathtaking view! The location is amazing and easy to get to local adventures.
