Very cozy and clean apartment. The location is good - near the beach and not too close to the loudy entertainment. The complex has a swimming pool and a beautiful garden

Carmen is a superb host for this Santa Maria, Sal, Cape Verde apartment. She organised a taxi from the airport and then back after our holiday had finished. Carmen couldn't do enough for us and made out stay there very pleasant indeed. The apartment is well located, spacious with all mod cons including a washing machine, very large fridge freezer, cooker and gas hobs. The interior was new and decorated in a modern style. The shower was very powerful. The pool was brilliant and there were always sun beds available. We could hardly hear any scraping of chairs/tables/beds from upstairs residents in this superb ground floor apartment. Carmen was always available to sort any issues that occurred and nothing was too much trouble for her and her son and team. We couldn't wish for more on our Cabo Verde holiday. Highly recommended.

The apartment was big and spacious. It had everything we needed, The beds were comfortable and had a mosquito net, which was a God send , there's a few pools around the complex. You have your own balcony, which was a sunntrap .

The flat was perfect for what we needed at a family with 2 children. Washing machine added bonus. The pool is huge and kids had lots of fun in it. Location great as a lovely walk along the beach into town. Would definitely stay there again!

The host was really kind and looked after our needs. The apartment is big and beautiful: it has a nice kitchen, AC in the bedroom, a nice bathroom with a bidet and a large patio with a wood table perfect for eating outside. From the apartment you have a nice view on a beautiful beach, it is reserved and perfect for snorkeling. The apartment is situated in Murdeira a small village with all that you need: mini market, bar/restaurant and a pool. Murdeira is in the middle of the island so you can easily reach every point of interest of Sal in about 15/20 minutes.

I already went to this place a year ago, and it hasn't changed. The apartments are clean, functional and spacious with a terrace, and there is a very enjoyable and big pool in the residence, alongside a tropical garden. It's quiet and the location is not bad if you wanna take a taxi to go kite surfing at Kite beach or Punta Preta. In other words, I highly recommend this place!

Good location; a 7min walk to downtown but in a quiet area. The apartment is nice; it had a few issues (shower head didn’t stay up and the doorframe of the bathroom was loose) but they immediately came over and fixed both. It had a washer and a rack to dry your clothes. The kitchen had a coffee machine and water cooker.. pretty well furnished.

Excellent excellent excellent!!!! Extremely clean, super big rooms, very comfortable, great location. Has everything you need! The owners are a gem!!! Dila organized for us a tour of the island and she let us do a late check out, which was super convenient because we were flying from Sal at 7 pm, so we could enjoy the beach and then take a shower. I strongly recommend staying here, especially if you’re not a fan of resorts like me but still want to be in a great accommodation. I only have good things to say about this place. You’ll love it! This property is absolutely perfect if you want to be in the heart of Santa Maria, a short walk to the town centre and a supermarket just around the corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended 5*
