Everything was super. Location is excellent and less than a 100 metres from the beach. Exceptionally clean. The owner was very friendly and polite. In fact we lost the key and had to give her a call after 23:30. She immediately responded and sorted the issue.

The building - old beautiful clean. The restaurant with excellent food (might be among the best in Cyprus) and great staff (Giris is an amazing waiter). You’re made to feel special every step of the way, but that is common In Cyprus.

We had such a lovely experience that we want to keep coming back! From the moment we stepped foot on the property we were amazed by the proximity of the beach, the sunbeds facing the coast and the little terrace. The home is small, but has everything you might need - from kitchen utensils to beach towels and cd player! Waking up running straight to the water to getting to sleep by the sound of the waves, this is a very highly recommended home experience. Thank you!

I stayed at this villa in Argaka for a week while I was away for work, and it was absolutely amazing. The location is fantastic—peaceful, scenic, and close to everything you might need. What really stood out to me was how well-equipped the villa was. It had all the amenities anyone could ask for, which made my stay not only comfortable but incredibly convenient. From the fully stocked kitchen to the reliable Wi-Fi and cozy furnishings, everything was thoughtfully provided. Truly a perfect home away from home—I would definitely stay here again.
