Quiet, safe location with sea and mountain views. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating and lots of space with a well looked after pool. Well appointed kitchen with separate outbuilding for the washing machine. The host Maria was friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. An excellent base close to Zygi, Maroni and Kalavassos and a good base from which to explore.

The hosts were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and pretty. The whirlpool was a nice perk. Breakfast was hearthy and delicious.

We were greeted by the Villa owner Lefteris who showed us around the villa with great pride for good reason. The Villa is beautiful inside and out with great attention to detail from the beautiful decor, extremely comfortable beds, more than enough towels, kitchen items, local olive oil, spices, salt, cleaning products, foil, etc, washing liquids for the machine, games, books, it was like being at home, I cannot think of a single thing we needed that was not in the villa. The location was quiet and scenic specifically chosen to be central for us to visit the East and West coasts for day trips. The garden is abundant with lemon trees, limes, figs and pomegranates! The pool is sparkling clean with sea views and and the air conditioning was very much appreciated. We arrived late at night and Lefteris had left some welcome supplies for us, cheese, ham, bread and wine. Perfect!

We had an amazing time at Varakas House and George was so friendly from meeting us when we arrived to messaging when we left. Tochni was a great location to explore the island and the studio apartment was ideal for us - spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great shower and tranquil location with so much history. Would love to return with extended family to have the whole place.

Everything. We couldn't find what the apartment is missing. Even washing the dish with amazing view was awesome :)

Ideal location and charming old house.

A beautiful traditional house located in the charming village of Tochni. The hosts are very responsive and are always available. Location is perfect for exploring the whole island by car.

I loved the warm welcome, the authentic food, the generous portions, the panoramic view over the historical village, the traditional setup of the rooms and pools, and the amazing breakfast.

It was super close to the sea and restaurants, had a little shop just downstairs and, have not used it, but rooftop I think is beautiful especially during even warmer periods. The apartment itself had everything we needed - we rented it as a transit accommodation for the kids to manage to rest during the day.

It’s a very authentic home with a nice terrace, comfortable and cozy room and just overall good vibes.
