The property is a higher level of accommodation and was extremely clean. The host was very friendly and provided a lot of iinformation. The area is quiet and there was no problem to park right in front of the building.

D best apartment we stayed at in Czech Republic. Lots of coffee/tea choices. Complimentary beers, free parking… spacious apartment. My only complaint: no vanity or full body mirror. The mirror inside the bathroom was too high for us

Great place with all the necessities needed to enjoy Olomouc. The sauna was a positive plus, and we would stay here again.

Our stay was pleasant. The owner was friendly and her beautiful dog was too. Nice quiet location on a village street but only a 15 minute or less drive to the old town.

Great modern hotel. Friendly reception. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds. Fast internet. I could not use yard parking due to the height of the car, but there was plenty of space in front.

I stay in Olomouc for several months at a time frequently so I have stayed in many different hotels, pensions and private rentals in the city. I just stayed here for several months and the staff and location are exceptional! We had a studio with a kitchen which had a stovetop/oven, mini fridge, a few plates, bowls, cups, flatware and pans. There was also some dish soap and towel in the kitchen as well as salt, pepper & sugar. The walk in closet was very large and the bed comfortable. I recall another review possibly mentioning the street noise and we were on the first floor (2nd floor if you're American) facing the street. We could hear the tram pass or if someone yelled very loudly outside, however, it overall was quiet and the tram wasn't loud enough to wake us up during the night or keep our toddler from napping during the day. Every request we had was handled quickly by the very friendly staff. There is no elevator in this historic building but they do have a gate they lock at night for safety, not that it's needed because this is a safe area and Olomouc is a very safe city to begin with. It is best to let them know ahead of time if you'd like breakfast the next day. They have 5 parking spots in the back (through a carriage way that is the entrance) and back there is also where the reception and breakfast are at. There are multiple grocery stores within walking distance as well as many restaurants and other shops, as you are right in the city center. At the corner is also an area where many of the busses & trams pick up/drop off there for the city center so it's a great location overall.

Quiet location, clean room, polite staff

The apartment was very clean and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Outside in the garden was a small pond with beautiful koi-fish that kids really enjoyed.

Excellent location in a lovely, quirky university town. Room was exceptionally comfortable, with a large bathroom and great shower. Breakfast was typically Eastern European (bread, cheese, ham, yogurt) but that was more than adequate for me. Close to the main town square and several nice pubs, cafes and restaurants.

The room is really aesthetic. The service is nice. Maybelling restaurant bellongs to the same others and offers a present place to eat. Easy parking.

Location is very good. Parking is a problem, as there are no (obvious) parking houses nearby. Good work-around is a shopping mall and public transportation. The apartment was very VERY spacious.
