We had 2 apartments, both on the top floor and they were fabulous! Great space, clean, super comfortable beds, and had everything we needed.

We loved the location, as it was very close to central Regensburg. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, with good kitchen facilities that allowed us to eat in. Martina was exceptionally informative, ensuring that we had everything we needed, including giving us good instructions about where to park.

This was a quiet location away from the bustle of Regensburg but within walking distance of the old centre. We were travelling by bicycle and they had a garage for the bikes which is always appreciated.

Thomas’s apartment was absolutely exceptional. The attention to detail to all aspects of antique furniture integrated with modern utilities, essential amenities (USB ports, TV with Netflix, coffee machine, full kitchen, washer/dryer, hair dryer). The beds were so comfortable. He even left us coffee pods, quality tea selection and sparkling water of exceptional quality. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The entrance has background music creating a beautiful ambience. Thomas’s communication during the booking, instructions for arrival and during our stay was timely and attentive. Thomas made us feel at home in his home town Regensburg leaving a lasting memory for us. The location was in close proximity to the Christmas markets, train station (10min walk). All restaurants, cafes and little shops within walking distance. The area had a fairytale ambience. I have no hesitation in recommending Donresidenz ☺️🎄

The apartment is really close to the stone bridge (and the city center). There is a NORMA market really close. Bus station is right in front of the building. You have every kitchen appliance you need.

Beautiful and modern furnishings in a spacious apartment in a quiet residential area. Unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very nicely equipped to prepare a meal. Host arranged an overnight parking space for us about 2 blocks away (minor additional charge). Good value for Regensburg accommodations.
