It is a new hotel and have all the necessary facilities. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Ms. Tuana at the front desk helped us a lot. It was a lovely experience to stay at your hotel.

I checked in late around 9:30 pm, which was fine. With the key, I could get into the hotel even at 2am (the reception is not staffed all the time). The breakfast was delicious, even though not a huge variety of options was available.

I use this location on my way to wintersport, what I like is the location, not too far to arrive too late and far enough so that on the Saturday it is only a couple of hours away from my destination in Austria. I like that there is an electric charger 11Kw available and the restaurant of the hotel is also very nice.

The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were very spacious! In addition, thecshowere provided plenty of hot water and the rooms are sound proofed so we heard no noise from other guests at all. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. There was ample lighting in the room and sockets on both sides of the bed for electronics. The location was perfect for us...just far enough away from the main restaurant/bar/tourists areas to keep the streets quiet through the night, but still easy to walk to. Parking system worked well for the underground parking (which was also very close to the hotel if you need to drag your suitcase).

The location of this adorable inn was wonderful, as was the entire staff and the hotel proprietor. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and served in a gorgeous room. Do remember, the hotel is hundreds of years old so don't expect every modern convenience!

Warmly welcomed. Exceptional service. Check-in process easy and smooth. Rooms are maintained great. They clean the rooms every day and make the beds & fold and bring fresh towels. Various food and nice breakfast area. Great location and availability.

The staff were exceptionally polite, patient, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was okay, nothing more than I expected. My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Last but not least, the location was excellent. If you’re arriving from Munich Airport, the bus drops you right in front of the hotel, which is a big plus. Overall, I had a great stay at NH Hotels and I highly recommend it!
