Amazing Location in a wonderful town with the most friendly and helpful staff. They spoke more English than we expected which was helpful! The facilities were clean and functional, we were comfortable and will definitely be back in the future!

It has some minor safety issues. The bathtub shower curtain sits inside of the tub and takes half of the tub. No room to take a shower. The bathroom had no light. So it was hard to see at night in there. Whoever put the stovetop on, put it on backwards. So the picture says you’re turning that knob to turn on the front left, when it’s actually turning on the back right. The refrigerator has a long crack on the inside that leaks water. The bathtub is also about 2 1/2 feet high. I had to climb out of it by stepping on the toilet first. The mirror in the bathroom is for people 6ft or taller. I’m 5ft 4in and all I could see in the mirror was my forehead. Had to go in the hallway to shave. The couch is very uncomfortable. I was told that there was a washer I could use. There was a washer, but the detergent dispenser was missing, so you could not use it since all the water would go on the ground and you had no way to put in the laundry detergent.

The location is great, there is a supermarket near by, a bus station in about 50 meter and the park in about 500 meters. The studio had everything you needed, nice furniture, great bed, well equipped kitchen and the balcony was super for resting.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen facilities exceeded my expectations. I didn't see anybody from the staff during my stay but the self check in with the machine at the entry was very easy

Uwe has a great hospatility qualities, I had a wonderful and enjoyable stay, I stayed there for almost a month, Place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a long-term stay. The location is also excellent, close to all the amenities I needed. I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location is excellent. I would definitely stay there again.
