The facilites were great! It is super close to the concert venue Westfallenhalle, which is why I chose it. Very accessible to public transit though. The staff is also very accommodating and friendly. I would say definitely book in advance if there are any events around because the rates change significantly.

Nice hotel. The design of the room was very nice. The location to the city centre was good. Also an U-bahn within 5 minutes walking. The parking garage was good.

The cleaning staff did a good job every morning. Towels were replaced without needing to ask, and the trash was always taken out.

Perfect location for attending a game at Signal Iduna Park. The hotel is right across the street. Room size was good for a family of 3 and they added an additional bed for free. Facilities in general looked well kept and clean. Definitely recommend and I would stay here again.

Great hotel in great location, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Everything you need is in the room. The hotel itself is quite new so nothing to fault. Beds are really comfortable. Price for such services is really good.

A very nice hotel at a top location- rigjt at the city center, a few minutes away from the Central railway station. The breakfast was exceptional, as well as the coffee. I would like to mention the brand new bathroom, which was perfectly clean.
