Very friendly owner and super flexible. We liked our stay and the host was very kind to us to offer us exchanging dates for our stay. Clean hotel and a good breakfast. 100% recommended and I will stay there again next time.

All perfect. Been there many times and never disappointed. Reported that I had chipped a plate while washing and offered to pay. They said they would not charge me. It is a small think but builds trust. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great location, walking distance to the trams, train station, Christmas Markets and shopping. Bed was comfortable, coffee machine and coffee, kitchenette with enough for me to cook some meals in, and even a nice patio. Very secure too, with a key needed to enter from the street.

The house is so nice and so clean and it looks better than the photos , and the decor is great. You feel so good as you enter . It is not far from the highway and you have a lot of big supermarkets, only 8 min by car . The owner is responding so fast .

We loved how clean it was, how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt, how easy it was to find and how welcome we were made to feel! There is plenty of parking as well. Matthias was responsive to every question and concern we had and was quick to give suggestions on things to do and places to eat in and around Heidelberg. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

This is more like a condominium or townhouse than an apartment or hotel room mainly because there is plenty of space, has all the amenities (microwave, spacious kitchen, etc.) and is on the second level up and there is no need to pay or search for parking spaces and you can come and go as you please. It is very close to Heidelberg which was a huge plus and is near a store (Penny Markt) that carries nearly everything.

Just a 8-minute walk from Mannheim National Theatre and one mile from Luisenpark, Die Villa features accommodations in Mannheim, with a garden and a terrace.

We love the spaciousness of the studio. The shared kitchen is tiny but amazingly efficient. It's a very uplifted space and comfortable.

It was in a great location, check in and out was really easy and the room was a really good size. Beautiful building and great beer garden.
