We loved the breakfast overlooking the Rhine river. When the hotel learned that we were stranded due to a railway strike, they immediately made arrangements for us to spend an extra night. We really liked having a kitchenette. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating!

Quiet, beautiful, clean, comfortable. A really charming hotel with very comfy beds and great shower. House wines available in the room. Wish we could have stayed longer. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked amazing, wish we could have stayed!

The design of our room was beautiful. The ceilings were arched and supported by sandstone columns. Bathroom was updated, gorgeous and clean. Plenty of space for the 4 of us (including 2 older teenagers). There was even a cute little separate kitchen for longer stays equipped with a fridge and cook top. We didn't notice any air conditioning but even in 33°C weather, the room stayed nice and cool. We were welcomed with some wine upon arrival...nice touch!

Studios and apartments with free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchenette are offered at this new hotel in the center of Mannheim.

All perfect. Been there many times and never disappointed. Reported that I had chipped a plate while washing and offered to pay. They said they would not charge me. It is a small think but builds trust. Staff friendly and helpful.
