I had an amazing experience staying at The Boulevard apartment in Mivida Compound. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.

Location, service, cleanliness

The property is in an excellent location within the Mi Vida compound. Close to the supermarket, beauty salon and restaurants. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious and modern. The host was very helpful and attentive.

I never had issues with a rental like this before. It started off by moving me from the initial booking to this bigger apartment then move me back a day later which wasn’t something I liked. The temporary apartment had flies all over the bathroom as well as water leaks everywhere. The night passes and the landlord sends me a couple of people to help moving my stuff which was a nice gesture but obviously I had to unpack, pack, then unpack for the move. Once moved in there, I communicated a few issues right away, some of which were never resolved. Also, some more issues presented themselves during the stay and communication with the landlord was horrible. Some of the issues: * Standing shower leaking water during shower; excessive amounts that reaches outside the bathroom * The whole toilet isn’t fixed in ground. Literally, you could pick it up and move it, right and left, tilt it, … * The bidet on the toilet didn’t work * The intercom in the living room was damaged. I had to leave the line on unless I wanna hear a ver loud non-stop beeping noise. Leaving the line on didn’t feel right as well because it does make noise as well but not as high as the beeping noise. Also, didn’t feel right, felt like someone could be listening to our conversations. * The AC draining hose was cut and laid in the balcony while the compressor is in the balcony, meaning that the balcony was a pool of water and no drain. Ended up not using the balcony. * All TV remote’s batteries are dead. * All furniture isn’t working properly; drawers not closing, cabinet doors aren’t latching, sticking out bolts and nails; huge amounts of hazards everywhere. * Asked for another door key, I was promised one but never delivered. * Electricity is working on prepaid charge system which they never charge enough for my stay, but I have to go find the security to charge it for me because the landlord won’t answer. * I was only given 2 towels and begged for more, I was given 1 more only.

Spacious apartment with nice view balcony over Rainessance hotel and very quite area, and respectful host ,we loved it and definitely will come back there.

Hussein a staff member. He is genuinely helpful and polite. He offers help instantly and is always available to respond to my needs. The house was clean thanks to Hussein. On top of that, he is responsive even if it's not his shift. Overall my experience at Travelholic Auc residence was so satisfying and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I like the apartment as completely in term of cleanness, good furnished, comfortable, kitchen was completely equipped, staff were so friendly and location is fantastic and value is fair. The apartment was very clean with great facilities. Comfortable environment that makes you feel at home. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped place orders from the supermarket. All deliveries came straight to the door, including food, pharmacy, supermarket. Great location near Point 90 mall which is less than a 5 min walk away. 15-25 min Uber ride from most shopping malls and food centers. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend and will choose to stay there again.

Perfect location in the heart of New Cairo! The property is only a few minutes from 90 Avenue Mall and the American University in Cairo, which made everything so convenient. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Excellent value for money and a great host experience.

Amazing place. Clean and comfortable. Its like a home awya from home. Will definately be back here again.

Great Host, comfortable bed, very spacious

Hossam was absolutely amazing host! He came to greet us and also to say goodbye, explained everything in detail and was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He even stocked the fridge for us with snacks and drinks. I have never experienced such attentiveness before. The apartment was lovely, exactly like on pictures, we had everything we needed. Surprisingly, it was very quick to get around from the place as there is a highway - it would take us just around 20 minutes to get to the center as opposed to when we stayed in Nasr before (we would get stuck in traffic for 80 minutes even!) It was very convenient that there was a mall just a few steps away as well as 2 pools we could use and tennis court. I hope I get to come stay again soon :)
