The location is great, can't beat it. Clean and comfortable room also. Would definitely stay here again. They did offer only very minimal supplies - so be sure to bring your own sponges, soap, beach towels, laundry detergent (if you're going to pay for laundry), paper towels, extra toilet paper, etc. We stayed for several days and did not have enough TP for the duration - and nothing else was provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this residence! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and friendly from start to finish. The location was also ideal—close to everything we wanted to see, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. Stunning stay! The property truly exceeded my expectations. It was very well equipped - including a dryer in addition to the washer, which is quite rare in most French rentals. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and ideally located: right in the center of Capbreton, close to shops and restaurants, yet remarkably quiet. Communication with the host was excellent; he stayed in touch even before my arrival and was attentive throughout. I especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats - candies, bottle of cider, and so on. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Very handy location if you have a car, it is a short spin into Bearitz. I would say that the home was very modern and we were not wanting anything. There was a small village nearby that was very nice.
