A wonderful stay from start to finish. Nick was a friendly and genuinely welcoming host who made us feel at home right away. The room was impeccably clean with all the modern comforts you could want, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was beautifully executed, generous, and absolutely delicious. The location is ideal too—just a two-minute walk to eateries and cafés, close to the NF trails, and with a small on-site parking area that was very convenient. A fantastic bed and breakfast that we’d happily return to.

Excellent accomodations .Very clean and pleasant. Excellent facilities, easy to access and free parking. I would highly recommend this accommodation, especially if someone is in hospital as its a few mins away . Also easy access to the rest of Southampton.
